Growing up Italian in Jersey (exit 145 for the east coasters), Ali quickly learned her way around the kitchen at an early age. She learned to cook traditional and authentic Italian dishes by shadowing the women in her family. That strong desire to explore the world of the culinary arts eventually set the stage for a childhood hobby-turned-career as a food stylist.
Ali is self-taught, and has ten years of experience in recipe development, culinary assistance, and food styling, beginning her early career in New York before recently relocating to Los Angeles. Her early passion for cooking developed into a career as a full-time food stylist after several years of training with experienced stylists. Her skill set is dynamic, and her work has been featured in mediums across the board which include magazines, cookbooks, commercials, and packaging, and viewed widely on social media. When she's not cooking in her spare time, Ali collaborates with photographers to keep up with the latest trends and broaden her skillset. Her diverse client list is a testament to her ability to handle projects of all sizes, no matter how basic or complex in nature.
