Ali's strong New Jersey roots (exit 145 for the east coasters) and Italian American heritage has given her special exposure to the best of both culinary worlds; authentic, home-cooked meals and some of the best known restaurants in the world. Shadowing her grandmother from an early age, she quickly learned her way around the kitchen and became increasingly fascinated by the art of cooking and entertaining. Her strong desire to explore the world of the culinary arts eventually set the stage for a childhood hobby-turned-career as a food stylist.
Ali has six years of experience in recipe development, culinary assistance and food styling, beginning her early career in New York before recently relocating to Los Angeles. Her lifelong passion for cooking started at a young age and developed into a career as a full-time food stylist after several years of training with experienced stylists. Her skill set is dynamic, and her work has been published in magazines and cookbooks, featured in commercials, used for packaging and branded social media content. When she's not cooking in her spare time, Ali collaborates with photographers to keep up with the latest trends and broaden her skillset. Her diverse client list is a testament to her ability to handle projects of all size, no matter how intricate or lengthy. Ali welcomes all opportunities both domestic and abroad.
